La Ghibellina is situated in Monterotondo in the community of Gavi (Piemonte) and belongs to the most suitable regions for the cultivation of Cortese di Gavi DOCG. It thus offers itself for the production of high quality wines that decisively emphasize their own typicity.
The estate extends over approximately 20 hectare of hilly land between the southern Po Lowlands and the Ligurian Appenin.
The conditions of the soil, the ideal location and the special climate are extraordinarily suited for wine growing and guarantee perfect grape ripening as well as an incomparable concentration of aromas, helped by the breezes blowing up from the coast and the professional limitation of grape quantities.
