Azienda Agricola Baldassarre


Our winery was established with the goal of quality and a harmony integrated with our way of life in addition to a caring contact with the “terroir” of our products.
We personally oversee production together with qualified employees; of 17 total hectares 8 are planted with grapes and 4 with olives. The extravergine olive oil resulting from this patient and selecting work is pressed from local varieties (Dritta, Leccino, Moraiolo); some experimental use is made of olive types originating in other regions (Strana from Latium and the French Piccoline), all of which harvested by hand and processed within 24 hours in a modern press with continuous cycles.
